If the fun fizzled
If a toy did not land the way you hoped, the road back runs through the store where you bought it. Our retail partner ran the checkout, so their return window, their steps and their schedule are the ones that apply.
Two things make it smoother: keep the box until everyone is sure the toy is a keeper, and start from the order page in your store account, where the return option sits next to the order itself.
What you paid comes back along the same rails it went out on, on the store's schedule, once the return is accepted on their side.
One favor: if the toy did not match what this site said about it, write and tell us. The store fixes the order; we fix the page, so the next parent reads it right.
